Discovered that to return you need to first let the company knkw through email or phone. Several days and several messages later to 2 emails, phone number and online message form and no answer of how to return item. Very disappointing and miss leading customer service channels. Make you feel as the company is not legit.

I have try to contact Young Republic several times to track delivery status or for instruction to how to cancel order with no reply from Customer service on 2 different emails or phone number provided. Also through the online message form. Very disappointing with the business lack of care and communication. .
