I ordered for Christmas several days ago and item still shows as awaiting to be dispatch to the USPS postal office. I have try to contact Young Republic several times to track delivery status or for instruction to how to cancel order with no reply from Customer service on 2 different emails or phone number provided. Also through the online message form. Very disappointing with the business lack of care and communication. .
