I ordered for Christmas several days ago it took 10 days to be delivered form Los Angeles to Seattle. Size L was too large on shoulder so I ordered a different size and style. Discovered that to return you need to first let the company knkw through email or phone. Several days and several messages later to 2 emails, phone number and online message form and no answer of how to return item. Very disappointing and miss leading customer service channels. Make you feel as the company is not legit.
