It's a thick sweater, I was a little skeptical at first since there are no reviews, but I ended up getting this and the black one. I'm happy with what I got, pretty much exactly like in the picture.
Lack of easy return instructions and no communication
I ordered for Christmas several days ago it took 10 days to be delivered form Los Angeles to Seattle. Size L was too large on shoulder so I ordered a different size and style. Discovered that to return you need to first let the company knkw through email or phone. Several days and several messages later to 2 emails, phone number and online message form and no answer of how to return item. Very disappointing and miss leading customer service channels. Make you feel as the company is not legit.
I ordered for Christmas several days ago and item still shows as awaiting to be dispatch to the USPS postal office. I have try to contact Young Republic several times to track delivery status or for instruction to how to cancel order with no reply from Customer service on 2 different emails or phone number provided. Also through the online message form. Very disappointing with the business lack of care and communication. .
The material of the clothing is of high quality. It fits well. The finishing of stitching is also neat. Furthermore, excellent service and communication with the company.
